Our Kindergarten program creates the foundation for your child's positive learning journey - encouraging children to play and learn through a variety of experiential education opportunities to support their emotional, social, physical, intellectual and creative development.
How do I enrol my child in kindergarten?
- Children may start kindergarten in September of the year they turn five years old.
- You are encouraged to apply before March 31, 2024 at 4:00 PM at your neighbourhood catchment school.
- Download the Registration form and bring your child's birth certificate, proof of citizenship for the parent (your passport or birth certificate), 2 pieces of proof of home residence (1 must be mortgage or rental agreement or property tax notice, 2nd can be driver's license or utilitly bill), BC Services Card, and immunization records when registering. If applicable: please bring custody paperwork (court documentation).
